Day 01 Bajos del Toro - El Silencio Lodge

Day 02 - Las Gemelas Waterfall

This guided tour takes place just 10 minutes from the Lodge. Your Eco-Concierge will take you on well-groomed trails that trace a pristine stream to find a couple of the most impressive blue waterfalls in Costa Rica. The scenic waterfalls are caused by the volcanic mineral content of the water, creating a spectacle to contemplate and photograph. This experience allows you to learn about the fascinating cloud forest ecosystem. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes, walking shoes and use walking poles with greater safety and convenience.

Day 03 Arenal Volcano

Day 04 Rafting & Canopy

You will start this adventure combo with 7 extreme zip line cables, an adrenaline filled climb up a 54 feet high tower to fly over a 360 feet high canyon. You will also cross a hanging bridge to enjoy the longest cable of 0.6 miles high above la Fortuna Waterfall with great views of downtown. Finally, you will glide across the cables at high speeds of up to 43 MPH. Then, you will continue with the amazing white water rafting tour at Balsa River, II & III class rapids, this is a great opportunity to know some of the Costa Rica beauties, spot some flora and fauna species with the local guide. At the end of this amazing day you will enjoy a typical lunch in a private restaurant. Duration: approximately 8 hours. Includes: transportation, guide, snacks, drinks, lunch and towel. Day 05 Stand up Paddling & ATV La Pradera

Stand Up Paddling has its roots in ancient Polynesia and looks exactly as it sounds. You stand up on a large, wide, super buoyant surfboard and paddle yourself forward with a long paddle. The pristine, undeveloped Lake Arenal is the 2nd-largest body of fresh water in Central America and the ideal location to take a lesson in paddle surfing. After receiving a thorough safety talk and lesson, you continue practicing under the careful watch of your instructor. He will then take you on a tour of the West-end of the lake while you paddle along and you will get excellent views of the volcano in the background.

This adventure will begin at La Pradera Hotel and on the slopes of the Arenal Volcano. First, you will visit a private farm to fully enjoy the adventure of driving an all-terrain ATV. You will pass through brittle and full of mud trails that will undoubtedly give you the chance to enjoy the adrenaline accompanied by expert guides. You will arrive at a viewpoint where you can photograph the beautiful landscape before heading to the town of La Guaria, to reach the Arenal River, where you can cool off in its pure and refreshing waters. Finally, you will return to the starting point to taste a delicious and typical lunch. You will travel 28 kilometers, taking approximately 3 hours.

Day 06 Rio Celeste

Transfer time and distance: 6 hours / approximately 202 km , including the stop to Tenorio National Park. Sinac Parques Nacionales: Entrance fee to Tenorio Volcano National Park This park is located in the volcanic mountain range in Guanacaste and is home to lowland mountain rain forests, tropical wet forest, and the very wet premontane forest. Its highest point measures 6,289 ft. above sea level. Some of the more prominent plant species include palm trees, ferns, bromeliads, and orchids. White-faced monkeys, anteaters, pumas, tapirs, and peccaries as well as exotic bird species like trogons and the three-wattled bellbird are sighted here.

Day 07

Day 08 - Sunset catamaran

Spend the afternoon sailing on one of Guanacaste's famous catamaran, the most popular tour in the region. After sailing up the north or down the southern coast, the captain will stop at one of many special anchorages. This is where you can enjoy water sports such as snorkeling or simply playing in the ocean. A guided snorkeling tour is also available during which you can view a myriad of marine life. While you work up an appetite playing in the ocean, the crew will prepare a light lunch, and refreshments are available throughout the journey. Then, get ready for the light show of a lifetime as the catamaran returns to port and offers you the best seats in the house to watch as the sun disappears under the horizon. Make sure to bring your camera to capture the majestic sunset view from the Pacific Ocean. This is an all-inclusive trip, so just bring a towel, bathing suit, and sunscreen.
